An integral part of our brand's offering is the insulation of piping systems of all possible types. We serve the demand for professional insulation services in the fields of steam, cryogenic, gas, liquid and solution transport, air and dust, water, heating pipelines and many others found in the working and transmission environments of industrial, manufacturing and processing centres.
Although each case requires a different work strategy, we can say that in most cases we insulate the pipelines with FOAMGLAS polyurethane mineral wool lagging, both in modules supplied by official distributors and in custom shapes obtained in our workshops through prefabrication. Our storage and production facilities save our customers time by radically reducing delivery times, allowing us to create insulation components to fit any pipeline shape. FOAMGLAS is an extremely durable and at the same time lightweight material that is resistant to both high temperature amplitudes and negative ranges, perfectly suited to cryogenic and refrigeration plants. In the case of industrial environments with higher, or non-standard requirements, the lagging system is supplemented with coating fittings that raise the insulation performance parameters to a level in line with requirements.
The second solution in the field of pipeline insulation is the installation shielding systems using EVOCELL synthetic rubber. In addition to the fact that the aforementioned material exhibits considerable flexibility, our brand's technological background allows us to manufacture any type of rubber insulation module to any size and shape. We work exclusively with raw materials supplied by authorised distributors.
As you can guess, the installation of pipe insulation does not end when the lagging is fitted. Quite often, they need an additional layer of protection. For this reason, in many cases, the insulated pipelines are covered with metal cladding prefabricated in our workshops, e.g. from suitably cut stainless steel galvanised aluminium sheets. The state-of-the-art, high-tech equipment that forms the basis of our technological facilities enables us to produce protective surfaces for both straight sections and even the most complex shapes, including elbows, flange connection boxes and valve boxes. Additional options offered by our technologists include support structures for insulation, mineral/ceramic wool matting systems on nets and a range of solutions incorporating materials other than those mentioned above.
