The economic dimension of industrial insulation solutions

Cost estimation allows for a better calculation of each investment. We carry out cost estimates from scratch, starting with access technology, through materials and prefabrication, transport, final assembly, and service and maintenance work. A separate area of such records is the creation of tender documentation elements. As experts in the industrial insulation industry, we take into account the following requirements for cost estimation work:

  • description of the principles for creating cost estimates for offers, investment, replacement, as-built and additional cost estimates
  • description of costing assumptions for insulation works
  • calculation of quantities of materials, tools, equipment and labour units involved (i.e. labour)
  • list of indirect costs (e.g. costs of purchasing non-standard materials)
  • compatibility of cost estimates with computer templates (costing programmes)
