Temperature-independent accuracy

Insulating refrigeration systems is an area that requires perfection of work. This is simply due to the thermal management of industrial installations. Where the temperature of the systems to be operated exceeds certain ceilings, certain small heat losses are permissible, or even calculated into the performance indicators of production and processing lines. However, the situation is quite different with refrigeration and cryogenic equipment.

Knowledge of the process as a prerequisite for the selection of insulation solutions

Our advantage as a company with over thirty years of experience is that, above all, we know how to deal with the problem that all beginners in the field of industrial insulation face, i.e. icing of installations and everything that comes with it. This is partly because we have had to correct the work of other contractors many times.

The tightness of the installation is closely related to the selection of insulation solutions. Incorrect separation of the installation from environmental conditions results in a change in pressure, to which (according to the property of incompressibility of liquids) most materials from which pipeline traction is made are not resistant. In addition to the ability to choose the right strategy, knowledge of the nuances of the production process, including the behaviour of installations and equipment used in food industry plants, also plays a major role. The specificity of cooling installations and cryogenic equipment is the tendency for the contents to condense - as we know, there are strict dependencies between the pressure of a liquid and its temperature, so incorrectly selected or inappropriately placed insulation will always cause a disruption of one or the other parameter. In addition to the risk of damage to the installation, this affects the safety of the personnel operating it, which is why it is worth cooperating with Izoler - for us, no corrosion is insignificant and no defects are acceptable, as evidenced by the extensive portfolio of insulation work carried out for the food industry.
