An important factor in the health of modern industry is the emphasis on the idea of sustainability in the perspective of the relationship between the economy and the environment. For this reason, insulation work in industry, processing and production centres includes not only installations and equipment related to the production processes themselves, but also support systems in the form of flue gas ducts, eco-filters and dust extraction systems.

Standard technologiczny i standard ekologiczny

The main arena of insulation work for industry, related to ecological standards, i.e. the presence of eco-filters, is primarily large thermal power plants. As can be expected, the tasks of the specialists delegated by the Izoler brand do not end with the mere installation of insulation coatings, usually consisting of several layers of mineral wool. Since the foundation of all projects is the ‘design-to-maintenance’ scheme, we also carry out all accompanying works, such as the execution of supporting structures or the pinning protection of coatings. As far as the flue gas ducts are concerned, the technological standard envisages a 100 mm thick layer of mineral wool with a density of 80, and finally covering the surface with 0.5 mm thick galvanised aluminium sheeting. Of course, as in any field of our activity, we are prepared to develop these parameters according to the situation, also in the field of non-standard solutions.
